At ONTHEBIAS, we are committed to offering transformative tools, guidance, and resources to fashion creators and brands worldwide. To ensure fairness, clarity, and sustainable growth, the following refund and billing policies apply to all customers and subscribers.
1. Subscription Commitment Terms
By subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to a 12-month minimum commitment, payable either:

Quarterly

Annually
Your commitment begins at the time of purchase and is enforced through the duration of the plan, whether billed monthly or annually.
2. Automatic Renewal Policy
All ONTHEBIASTUDIO subscription plans are automatically renewed unless manually canceled by the user. After the initial 12-month term, your subscription will continue to auto-renew on the same monthly or annual schedule.

You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your “My Subscriptions” page.

Cancellation stops future renewals, but not current billing terms.

Users are notified prior to renewal and remain responsible for active billing cycles unless properly canceled in advance.
3. Monthly Billing, No Early Termination Refunds
If you subscribe to a monthly plan, you are committing to 12 monthly payments.

Canceling early does not stop billing.

No pro-rated refunds, credits, or partial cancellations will be granted.

You retain access to the platform for the remainder of your commitment period even if you cancel partway through.
This policy is in place to maintain pricing fairness across our cohort-based structure and to ensure consistent platform development.
4. Digital Product Purchases (One-Time Sales)
All one-time digital product purchases — including, but not limited to:

Procreate & Illustrator brushes

Technical design bundles
-
Mockups & croquis packs
-
Trend resources and visual libraries
-
All downloadable files
-
...are non-refundable and final sale.
Due to the digital nature of our goods and instant access, we cannot issue refunds under any circumstances for one-time digital product purchases.
5. Free Plan & Demos Available
We offer a Free Plan with limited access to allow new users to explore the ONTHEBIASTUDIO experience before committing.
Additionally, potential subscribers are invited to book a demo or sales walkthrough to preview the platform, ask questions, and determine if the system is right for them.
These options are available in lieu of a free trial or refund policy.
6. Cancellation Procedure
To cancel your plan:

Visit your account’s My Subscriptions page

Select the active plan, and choose “Cancel Subscription”
Your cancellation will apply:

Immediately for free plans

After the current billing term ends for paid subscriptions
Cancellation does not trigger a refund. It only stops future automatic renewals.
7. Support & Dispute Resolution
If you experience a technical issue or believe your account has been billed in error, please contact us at:

Disputes or chargebacks filed with your payment provider without first contacting us may result in account suspension and removal of access to all digital materials.
