What is Extended Licensing?

Your ONTHEBIASTUDIO subscription includes a robust Standard License for internal use and creative development. However, some commercial, large-scale, or platform-level use cases require additional rights.

Extended Licensing is designed to grant those rights while protecting the value of our IP, our design team, and the community we serve.

Extended Licensing is required for:

  • Presentation to clients

  • Use in client projects

  • Enterprise or multi-brand teams

  • Resale, redistribution, or sublicensing of assets

  • Large-scale or factory-based product development

  • Use of ONTHEBIAS assets in AI training datasets or generative tools

  • Embedding assets in SaaS platforms, marketplaces, or apps

  • Print-on-demand or automated design pipelines

  • Educational course distribution or instructional use

  • Any system where the asset itself generates revenue

Note: each tier has different terms and we often customize your Extended Licensing agreement exactly to your needs and goals and we will arrange those when you contact us. Key Restrictions Without Extended Licensing

Without a valid Extended License, you may not:

  • Sell, share, or distribute ONTHEBIAS files (including modified or layered versions)

  • Use assets inside an app, AI tool, or any platform used by others

  • Upload assets to design marketplaces or creative libraries

  • Include ONTHEBIAS files in any product that automates or streamlines design for third parties

  • Embed assets in any tool, template, or deliverable used at scale
     

How to Request an Extended License

If you're a brand, educator, agency, or tech platform looking to use ONTHEBIAS assets beyond personal or single-user use, we offer tailored licensing packages.

We’ll respond within 1 business day with a quote or next steps.

Enforcement & Ownership

All ONTHEBIAS assets remain the sole intellectual property of ONTHEBIAS. Extended licenses grant use rights only - not ownership.

We monitor asset usage across marketplaces, factories, AI datasets, and platforms. Unauthorized commercial use may result in license revocation, takedown action, or legal enforcement.
 

A Note on AI Usage

Use of ONTHEBIAS assets in AI training, fine-tuning, or enrichment datasets is strictly prohibited without a custom license (restricted to Enterprise).
We support innovation - but it must be licensed, intentional, and governed by clear terms.
