Yes. With a Standard Commercial License, active members may use ONTHEBIASTUDIO assets to create deliverables for a single client or brand — including tech packs, collections, lookbooks, marketing visuals, and product development.

However, there are important usage restrictions:

• Assets may not be shared with or distributed to clients in raw or editable form.

• Clients must not receive layered or editable versions (e.g., .AI, .PSD, .SVG) unless they also hold an active license.

• You may not reuse the same assets across multiple client accounts without an Extended License.

• Resale or repackaging - even with modifications - is strictly prohibited under the standard license.

For agencies or freelancers working with multiple clients, or for those requiring broader flexibility, we recommend applying for an Extended or Enterprise License.

ONTHEBIASTUDIO assets are proprietary, copyright-protected materials developed exclusively for our members. Unauthorized use, redistribution, or resale is a breach of license and may result in termination and legal enforcement.
